How do Pre-Orders Work

Pre-orders work similarly to regular orders except the customer gets placed first in line to have their order shipped out when the pre-order item is in stock.

-By clicking on "Pre-order", the item gets added to cart. Other items can be placed in the same cart. 

-At Checkout, after you've paid for your pre-order, you will receive an order number. You may come back to check the status of your pre-order at any time.

-When the order is shipped, an email will be sent out with the tracking information. Depending on pre-order volume, this typically happens on the same day the item is in stock.

 

Pre-order Satisfaction Guarantee

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee begins from the day the order is shipped.
