REFUNDS

Within the first 30 days of having received your order, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your LASH’D UP™ purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem to our best capabilities. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you will be covered by LASH’D UP’s 30-Day Satisfaction Warranty where a "returnless" refund may be granted at LASH'D UP's discretion. The refund amount will vary depending on the issue and will be agreed upon by LASH'D UP and the customer. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

For safety and health reasons, no physical items returns will be accepted. Hence, we do not charge restocking fees or returns fees.

Fraudulent chargebacks and "Friendly Fraud" will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
