Lash'd Up offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to an order is non refundable.
- Order must be purchased from lashedup-store.com.
- Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return.
- No visible signs of use including makeup or any discrepancy with the product.
- Products must be in original packaging.
- Gift Sets and Kits must be returned in full.
- Final Sale Items can not be returned.
Returns for US Customers:
Lash'd Up wants to make returns as simple as possible! We now offer a return shipping label for eligible and qualified returns made in the US. You will be responsible for the postage costs. Lash'd Up will not be responsible if the items being returned are lost in transit. An additional $5 Shipping and Handling fee is applied to all US Orders.
Your return will be processed within 10 business days of being delivered. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to firstname.lastname@example.org with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 30 days from receipt date. Lash'd Up can only accept orders placed on lashedup-store.com. If Lash'd Up considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced by lashedup-store.com. If the item is addressed after 30 days the item is only eligible for store credit. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.
If your package is incomplete please send a photo of your entire order including the packing slip to email@example.com within 10 days from delivery date. Once confirmed by Lash'd Up the missing item(s) will replaced by lashedup-store.com. After the given timeframe Lash'd Up is subject to deny the mistake inquiry.
Fraudulent chargebacks and "Friendly Fraud" will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
