Standard Shipping: 5-7 days Shipping

Expedited Shipping: Two-Day Shipping

Priority Shipping: One-Day Shipping

Our products are stored in warehouses all over the United States. For fast delivery, your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you. Above shipping times are when orders are shipped out. Actual delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days. 

LASH’D UP™ reserves the right to change carriers based on the customer's best interest. If your selected shipping service is not optimal given your location, we may change it to another carrier. In such situations, we will use a comparably priced service with similar delivery time.

As the shipping party, LASH’D UP™ has no control over items once they are released to the carrier of choice. We are unable to specify whether or not the item is left on your doorstep or mailbox. LASH’D UP™ will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is damaged, lost or stolen, please file a claim with your carrier and notify LASH’D UP™ Immediately. 

For international customers, all applicable duties, customs, tariffs, and brokerage fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. 

 

RETURNS

For safety and health reasons, no returns of any kinds will be accepted. 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your LASH’D UP™ purchase, please contact us and we will make it right. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you will be covered by LASH’D UP’s 30-Day Money-Back Warranty. 

Fraudulent chargebacks and "Friendly Fraud" will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
